Hi, I'm James. I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness. Through bespoke online coaching and mobile personal training, I deliver a personalised, high-quality fitness experience, whether you’re based in Hertfordshire, North London, or anywhere in the world. I believe every journey is unique and I'm committed to supporting you every step of the way to empower you to achieve the success you deserve.
MY JOURNEY
​Over the past 11 years of training, I’ve gained a lot of experience with the same challenges many people face when trying to reach their fitness goals.
I started out my fitness journey as a skinny boy at 19 with no confidence. I had to learn how to train and eat to put on size and gain strength. For the first year I succeeded in putting on 20kg of body weight, most of this being muscle mass.
A few years down the line, I started what I called a ‘hard bulk’. It was however more of a eat everything in sight diet which I carried on for almost two years. I did this as I was too restrictive previously with food choices, which wasn’t consistent in the long run. Whilst I reached strength goals and gained some muscle, I also became overweight. At the highest I weighed over 18 stone. I was frustrated with my lack of progression during this time, and often spent 2 plus hours in the gym 6 times a week, which resulted in recovery issues and fatigue.
It took a while to admit, but what I was doing was not working for my goals. So, I decided to make a change.


MY APPROACH
I provided myself with a nutritional but flexible diet approach, in which I included foods that I truly enjoyed. This, alongside a well-designed progressive training programme allowed for me to be where I have been in recent years. I am currently in the best shape of my life, and I am in control of my results and health, all whilst still including foots that I enjoy in within my diet.

Over these 11 years, I have collected a vast amount of knowledge and experience to be where I am today, and I am blessed to be able to help others get their fitness and body goals. After my journey and the happiness that I gained from my success, I have been able to help others find that joy that I gained from taking control. I also want you to get your results much faster than me, by avoiding the previous mistakes that I made!
Whatever your goals you have, or problems that you have faced on the journey, I will commit myself to find the best approach for you to reach your fitness goals and gain the body that you want! My approach is to equip you with both the training and nutrition knowledge fundamentals so you can make long term positive changes, all whilst increasing confidence!
